Modivcare seeks a Care Center Representative to support members remotely nationwide. You will answer emergency and non-emergency calls, follow protocols, dispatch responses, and provide empathetic customer care in high-pressure moments.

This fully remote role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience. Training, compliance testing, and weekend schedules are part of the job, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor alerts and dispatch responses while maintaining accuracy in records.
