Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and deliver compassionate support to members nationwide from a remote setting. You will handle inbound calls, use scripted and non-scripted responses, document details in real time, and dispatch appropriate help while maintaining empathy.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year of customer service experience, and the ability to work weekends.

• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of alerts and document call details in real-time.
• Maintain confidentiality and verify/update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot systems and report issues for maintenance.
