Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role requires handling calls, dispatches, and data entry with empathy and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend coverage may be required; remote work offers flexibility and opportunities to contribute to critical moments.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a contact center or healthcare setting preferred.
• Demonstrates empathy and strong listening skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while talking and typing.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms and dispatch as needed.
• Document call details and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Complete new-hire training and comply with required testing.
