Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote position starts at $16/hour with 3rd shift and weekend requirements.

You will handle calls, document interactions, and help with preventive care outreach, all while maintaining confidentiality and empathy. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and strong computer typing skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact centers.
• Proficient typing and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details and messages into a real-time database accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive materials.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
• Navigate multiple screens efficiently and type while talking.
• Complete new hire training and comply with required testing.
