Job summary

Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative. This fully remote role responds to medical alerts, provides compassionate support, and records details in real-time. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in customer service and a high school diploma, with weekend shifts and strict confidentiality requirements.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with 3rd shift availability. Candidates should have reliable internet and be able to work across multiple systems while delivering empathetic service to members

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–1 year of customer service experience.
Healthcare or contact center experience preferred.
Reliable internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripts.
Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms.
Record call details and messages in real-time.
Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive experience.
Verify and update customer information in the system.
Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues.
Suggest preventive healthcare services when appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
Talk and type across multiple screens efficiently.
Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
