Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and peace of mind to our members nationwide. This fully remote role starts at $16/hr with 3rd shift hours and one required weekend day.

You will handle calls, dispatch responses, document in real-time, and communicate with empathy while maintaining confidentiality. Requires HS diploma or GED, 0–1 year customer service, weekend availability, and internet speeds of 50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
