Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to members nationwide. This fully remote role requires excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to work with multiple screens and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, 0–1 year of customer service, and strong typing skills (35 WPM). Weekend availability, weekend shifts, and overtime flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
• Familiar with CRM software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls using protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support with scripts and discretion.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and update records as needed.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues promptly.
• Encourage preventative healthcare discussions with members.
