Modivcare seeks a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts across the country, offering comfort and support in critical moments. This fully remote, 3rd shift role starts Nov 30, 2026, with compensation from $16/hr.

You will handle calls, dispatch responses, and maintain accurate records while communicating with empathy and respect. The position requires a HS diploma and 0–1 year of customer service experience, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.
• Remote capability with reliable internet (min 50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and real-time responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details and messages in the database in real time.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive materials.
