Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to support members nationwide in a fully remote 3rd shift role. You will respond to emergency and non-emergency alerts, provide compassionate customer care, document calls, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience. Starting at $16/hour, the position requires weekend availability and the ability to work independently from home with reliable internet.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact centers.
• Remote work capable with adequate internet speed and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high volumes of incoming calls per day with empathy and professionalism.
• Follow protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses accordingly.
• Provide compassionate customer service using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Record call details and dispatch information in real-time in a database.
• Verify and update customer information to maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive materials.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
