Modivcare is hiring a remote Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide compassionate support, and dispatch responses across the country. The role starts at $16/hr and requires availability for 3rd shift with one weekend day. A high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience are preferred.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple screens while typing. Training and compliance testing are part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred in contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.
• Remote capability requires stable internet speeds.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls; determine priorities and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms; offer genuine care during stressful moments.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Suggest preventive healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive materials.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently while talking and typing.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
