Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to answer emergency and non-emergency calls, provide compassionate support, and document interactions in real time. This fully remote role requires high-speed internet and the ability to handle high call volumes with empathy.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience, with shifts including weekend days. Compensation starts at $16/hour and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Record call details, dispatches and messages in real time in a database.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
