Shift coverage includes 3rd shift with a weekend day, starting pay at $16 per hour. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of customer service experience, and ability to work remotely with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote capability requirements: minimum internet speeds 50Mbps down and 25Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time while maintaining accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
