Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role in the United States. The position starts at $16/hour for a 3rd shift with one required weekend day and requires 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a contact center.

Responsibilities include handling emergency and non-emergency calls, providing compassionate support, updating records, and troubleshooting alarm systems while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy and clarity.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time while staying accurate.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and data.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently while talking and typing.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
