Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to support members nationwide from a fully remote location. You will handle high-volume calls, provide empathetic, guideline-based responses, and document interactions in real time to ensure accurate records.

This role requires a HS Diploma or GED, 0–1 year of customer service experience, and the ability to work 3rd shift with a required weekend day. Strong communication skills and CRM proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact center.
• Remote capability with reliable internet (≥50Mbps down, 25Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to prioritise and dispatch.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
• Handle sensitive materials with strict confidentiality.
• Work across multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
