Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and assist members nationwide from a fully remote location. You will answer calls, provide empathetic support, and document interactions in real time. This role requires a high school diploma and 0–1 year of experience.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, multitasking, and effective communication, with on-going training and compliance requirements. Weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred, especially in healthcare or contact centers.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Remote-ready with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms and provide timely responses.
• Record call details and dispatches into a database in real-time with accuracy.
