Modivcare is looking for a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote position requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to manage high call volumes on 3rd shift with a weekend day commitment.

You will handle calls, document interactions in real time, verify records, and stay compliant while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience.
• Healthcare or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and data.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services.
• Handle multiple screens and systems while talking and typing.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
