Job summary

Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. The position requires responding to alerts, delivering compassionate support, and maintaining detailed records while working 2nd shift including one weekend day. Starting pay is $16 per hour.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of customer service experience, strong communication and empathy, and the ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Remote capability with reliable internet connection and ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering empathetic care during potentially stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for our members.
• Verify and update customer information in the system to keep records accurate.
