Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to members and families nationwide. This fully remote role involves handling high-volume calls, dispatching responses per protocol, and updating records with care and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, 0–1 year in customer service, strong typing and CRM proficiency, and the ability to work weekends as needed. Training is provided and confidentiality is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Remote work capability with reliable internet.
• Strong communication and empathetic customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls to assist with emergencies and non-emergency needs.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor multiple alerts and document call details in real time.
• Verify and update customer information in the system for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive materials.
• Complete new hire training and comply with testing requirements.
