Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide compassionate support, and manage records across multiple systems. This fully remote role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to handle high call volumes. Start date is November 30th, 2026, with 2nd shift and weekends as required.

Training and compliance testing will be completed by new hires. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer service or healthcare settings, a High School Diploma or GED,
