Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate, time-sensitive support to members nationwide. This fully remote role requires strong customer service, empathy, and multitasking across multiple screens.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and must be able to work 1st shift with a weekend day. Training will be provided, and compliance tests must be passed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
Remote work eligibility with reliable internet access (50 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload).
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms and provide care.
Record call details and messages in real-time with accuracy.
Communicate with empathy and patience for a positive member experience.
Verify and update customer information in the system.
Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
