Modivcare is actively seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and peace of mind to individuals and families nationwide, all from a fully remote setting. You will handle high volumes of calls, follow established protocols, and document interactions accurately while demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every contact.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience, with weekend availability and strong internet

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and empathetic customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about and recommend preventive healthcare services.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Type while navigating multiple screens; complete training and compliance testing.
