Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to answer incoming calls, assess priorities, and dispatch responses. This fully remote role supports members nationwide with empathy and accuracy, following scripted and non-scripted guidelines.

You will document call details in real-time, verify data, troubleshoot alarms, and promote preventative health services while maintaining confidentiality. Requires HS diploma and 0–1 year customer service experience; weekend availability and fast internet.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues promptly.
