Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide compassionate support, and coordinate responses for members nationwide in a fully remote role. Strong communication and CRM familiarity are essential for success.

The position starts November 30, 2026, with 1st shift and one required weekend day. Compensation begins at $15 per hour, requiring a HS diploma/GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience. Training and compliance are provided.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 0–1 year of customer service experience in contact center or healthcare settings preferred.
Remote-capable role requires reliable internet and home workspace.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocol and dispatch responses.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor high-volume medical alerts and alarms with care and accuracy.
Record call details, dispatches, and messages into the database in real-time.
Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive member experience.
Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
Proactively discuss preventative health services with members.
Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
