Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a dedicated Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and peace of mind to members nationwide in a fully remote role.

The position starts on November 30, 2026, with 2nd shift hours and includes one required weekend day. The role offers pay starting at $16 per hour and requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus 0–1 year of customer service experience in a contact center or healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Remote work with internet speeds of 50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocol.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms and respond empathetically.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and verify/update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
