Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide comfort, and support families across the country during critical moments. This is a fully remote role with a start date of November 2, 2026; 1st shift with weekend coverage; compensation starting at $15 per hour.

You will handle calls, document details, and dispatch responses per protocol. You’ll greet callers with empathy, manage a high volume of alerts, verify information, and maintain confidential records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms and dispatch responses.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real time.
• Verify and update customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently.
