Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and peace of mind to individuals and families nationwide during critical moments. The role is fully remote with a start date of November 2, 2026 and a starting compensation of $15 per hour.

0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
Must have reliable internet access for remote work.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms; offer care during stressful situations.
Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for members.
