Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role offers 1st shift with weekend rotation and a starting rate of $15/hour, with full training and compliance support.

You will handle high volumes of calls, follow protocols, document in real-time, and communicate with empathy while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours; remote capabilities required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive materials.
• Talk and type while navigating multiple screens and systems.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
