Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and peace of mind to individuals and families nationwide. The role is fully remote with a November 2, 2026 start date and a starting wage of $15 per hour.

You will handle high-volume calls, follow protocols, and document details in real-time. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor medical alerts, dispatch responses, and document in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure accuracy.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
