Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide compassionate support, and assist families nationwide. This fully remote role requires 3rd shift with one weekend day, starting at $16/hr, and strict attention to patient privacy.

You will handle calls, document details, verify records, and assist with preventive care discussions while maintaining empathy and efficiency. Training and compliance testing are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
