Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide comfort and support, and help families across the country in a fully remote, 3rd-shift role beginning November 30, 2026. The position offers ongoing training, strict confidentiality, and a start of $16 per hour.

You will answer calls, document details in real-time, and employ empathy while navigating multiple screens and systems. A HS diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Soft skills: exceptional customer service, strong communication, empathy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with care and accuracy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
