Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide comfort and support, and document interactions in real time. This remote role requires excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple screens and databases efficiently.

Start date is November 30, 2026, with 1st shift and one weekend day required. Compensation starts at $15/hr, with remote work across the United States. Experience in healthcare contact centers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor alarms and respond with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Record call details and dispatch information in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer records in the system.
