Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role requires handling both emergency and non-emergency calls with empathy, accuracy, and confidentiality.

The position includes weekend shifts, training, and compliance testing. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask across screens and systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or contact center preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls using protocols to determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of alerts and maintain calm under pressure.
• Record call details and dispatch information in real time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system to keep records current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
