Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. You will respond to alerts, provide empathetic support, and document interactions in real time while maintaining confidentiality. The position requires 0–1 year of customer service experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Weekend availability and 3rd shift are noted in the posting. Starting compensation is $16/hour with benefits including health coverage.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year customer service experience.
• Healthcare or contact center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and real-time responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
