Modivcare is seeking a remote Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide compassionate support, and dispatch responses as needed. You will handle a high volume of calls, record details accurately, and maintain strict confidentiality while upholding customer care standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year of customer service experience, and the ability to work weekends with flexible hours. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact centers.
• Willing to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Strong typing and computer skills; ability to toggle between multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful situations.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive materials.
