Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative. This fully remote role responds to alerts, provides compassionate support, and helps families during critical moments across the country.

The position starts on November 30th, 2026, with 2nd shift hours and weekend requirements. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer service and strong communication skills, plus the ability to manage multiple screens and maintain confidentiality.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Remote capability with reliable internet.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch accordingly.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and real-time responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and maintain calm during stressful moments.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in the database in real time.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information for accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
• Handle sensitive materials with strict confidentiality.
• Type while navigating multiple screens and complete training and compliance tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
