Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, provide compassionate support, and maintain accurate records. The position starts on November 30th, 2026, with 1st shift and one required weekend day.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of customer service experience and strong typing (35 WPM). Internet speeds must meet minimum requirements, and you will complete training and compliance tests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Remote role; requires reliable internet access (minimum 50 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
