Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to support members nationwide from a fully remote facility. Start date is November 30, 2026, with 3rd shift availability including one weekend day.

Compensation starts at $16/hour, with duties spanning emergency and non-emergency call handling, empathetic support, and accurate data entry. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a contact center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare or contact center exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls following protocols to prioritize and dispatch as needed.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful moments.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience for members.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
• Handle sensitive materials with strict confidentiality.
• Talk and type across multiple screens efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
