Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
0–1 year of customer service experience preferred, ideally in a contact center or healthcare setting.
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during stressful situations.
Record call details and messages into a database in real-time with accuracy.
Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive member experience.
Verify and update customer information to ensure records are current.
Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
