Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to handle emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatch responses, and provide compassionate support. You will enter data in real time, verify records, and communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.

This fully remote role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year in customer service, and the ability to work weekends with 50 Mbps internet speed. Training and compliance testing will be completed during onboarding.
