Modivcare is hiring a Remote Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. The role is 3rd shift with weekend work and starts at $16/hour.

You will handle high volumes of calls, document details in real-time, and maintain strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic tech proficiency (CRM, MS Office), and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload required.
• Able to sit at a computer with headset for extended periods; multitask across screens.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services to members.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens and systems.
