Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to support members nationwide from a fully remote work location. The role handles emergency and non-emergency calls, provides compassionate service, and records details in real-time while adhering to privacy and compliance guidelines.

Your days will involve monitoring alerts, guiding callers with empathy, and collaborating with teams to ensure timely responses. The starting pay is $16 per hour for 2nd shift, with weekend coverage encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime and flexible hours.
• Remote-capable with reliable internet access and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time in a database.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive materials.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple systems.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
