Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non‑emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and natural responses.
• Monitor alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful moments.
• Record details into a database in real time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy and maintain confidentiality.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Assist with preventative healthcare discussions and record updates.
• Handle sensitive materials securely and comply with training.
