Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide support following protocols.
• Record call details, dispatches and messages in real time.
• Monitor alerts and provide compassionate assistance to members.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
