Modivcare seeks a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to members nationwide. This fully remote role handles high-volume calls, updates records, and ensures confidentiality while guiding families through critical moments.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in customer service, with strong communication and empathy. Weekend availability, weekend shifts, and compliance training are required.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful situations.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive experience for members.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report maintenance needs.
• Proactively inquire about preventative healthcare services.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive materials.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
