Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. The role is fully remote with a 3rd shift and requires weekend availability.

You will handle calls, document interactions, and ensure accurate records while maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 0–1 year in customer service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real time.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience.
