Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. The position starts at $16 per hour with 3rd shift availability and requires weekend coverage.

You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, provide empathetic support, and document interactions accurately. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Must pass new hire training and compliance testing.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms and respond calmly.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
