Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and peace of mind to individuals and families across the country. This fully remote role features a 3rd shift schedule and starts at $16 per hour.

You will handle incoming calls, follow protocols, document details in real-time, and communicate with empathy while supporting members through urgent and non-urgent situations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in contact centers or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful moments.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services.
• Manage access to sensitive materials with confidentiality.
• Operate multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
