Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatch responses, and document interactions with empathy and accuracy. The position requires a high school diploma, 0–1 year of experience, and flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

• Record call details and dispatches in real time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials securely.
• Assist in preventive healthcare discussions and services with members.
