Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote, 3rd shift role. Starting pay is $16 per hour with weekend requirements and strict confidentiality expectations. You'll handle calls, document actions, and support members during emergencies and routine needs from home.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong typing (35 WPM), and basic CRM/Microsoft Office skills. Training and compliance testing are provided to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience preferred in healthcare/contact center.
• Willing to work weekends, overtime and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote capability: 50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up minimum.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and ad hoc responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with care.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for maintenance.
• Inquire about and suggest preventative healthcare services.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple systems.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
