Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative for a fully remote 2nd shift. You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, follow protocols, and provide empathetic customer support. The role requires accurate data entry, confidentiality, and the ability to work across multiple screens.

The position offers weekend availability, training, and a starting wage of $16 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll join a nationwide team serving members across the country.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in customer service, preferably in healthcare/contact center.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocol.
• Provide compassionate support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and document calls in real time.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
